BOOK IN 7 EASY STEPS
Just follow this simple step-by-step guide below, to book your 2006 Brazilian Formula One tour package in an easy and efficient manner.
STEP 1: Select the 2006 Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix tours link
Simply click on the 2006 Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix tours link, which will take you to the detailed tour information pages for the 2006 Brazilian Grand Prix.
STEP 2: Select both your Preferred Hotels and Racing Tickets
Make a selection of your preferred hotel, racing tickets and other optional services your require, by opening the “TOUR PACKAGES AND PRICES” page from the selected Brazilian Formula One Grand Prix submenu.
STEP 3: Check availability of both Hotels and Racing Tickets
To check the availability of both the required hotel and racing tickets, simply click on the Brazilian “TOUR PACKAGES AND PRICES” link and refer to the two Brazilian Formula 1 “TOUR PACKAGES” tables. If a price amount is quoted under your required tour package, the package is still available. Should it state “Sold Out” it indicates the required package has been sold out and an alternative available package must be selected. As an alternative you can call our offices for direct verification of the availability of our Brazilian Formula 1 racing tour packages, at the following numbers:

STEP 4: Book your Formula 1 Grand Prix Tour
Once you have selected your hotel of your choice and made your ticket selection, you are ready to complete the Booking Form.

STEP 5: Complete the Booking Form
Complete every section of our easy to use booking form. For group bookings, one person (tour leader) may make the booking on behalf of everyone (the group) joining the Brazilian Formula One tours. The tour leader must be at least 18 years of age when he/she books the tour. This person must also have the agreement of everyone who is going on the tour to make the booking with us.
Sign the booking form and do not forget to read the attached
booking terms and conditions.
STEP 6: Send the Booking Form and make Payment
You can fax the completed and signed booking form to the following fax number:

Payment of South African based Formula One packages inclusive of airfares:
A 35% initial payment (deposit) should be paid with your booking and the balance is due not less 60 days before the departure date. If the booking is made within 60 days the before departure, full payment should be made with your booking.
Accepted methods of payment for our South African based clients include: Cheques (subject to a 10 day clearing period unless bank guaranteed), bank transfers, cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Payment of International Formula One packages exclusive of airfares
Full payment should be made with your booking.
Accepted methods of payment for our international clients include: Bank transfers and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
STEP 7: Confirmation of your Booking
Once we have received your booking form and payment (for direct deposits or transfer into our bank account please fax proof of payment with your booking form), a confirmation invoice will be sent to you in return. Please ensure that all the relevant tour details are correct and if not, please inform us immediately.
