Hungarian F1 Grand Prix - 2012
Why Hungary
Why Choose The 2012 F1 Grand Prix Of Hungary
- Budapest is sometimes referred to as central Europe's Paris, or "The Queen of the Danube". The city is rich in beautiful architecture. Most of the city's architecture was built towards the close of the 19th century, when Budapest experienced an industrial revolution boom. This is also the time when the four bridges linking Pest and Buda were built. Generally, around race time, the weather in Budapest is hot. This adds to the enjoyment of the city and the Hungarian F1 Grand Prix.
- Work on Hungaroring began in 1985, with the first race following the next year. This proved to be a massive success, with a turnout of almost 200,000 fans! The Hungaroring circuit is known for hosting exciting races. It is not necessarily a fast track, but with lots of twists and turns, action abounds.
