THE 2006 SOUTH AFRICAN A1 GRAND PRIX

For the duration of your 2006 South African A1 Grand Prix tour you will be based in Umhlanga Rocks, located about 35 km north of the Durban International Airport and 15 km north of the A1GP racing circuit. The name of Umhlanga Rocks evokes a vision of golden beaches, lush surroundings and the exhilaration of holidaying in an idyllic part of the world. Umhlanga Rocks offers you a wealth of things to do, including unbelievable leisure activities, excellent restaurants and nightlife as well as great shopping opportunities.

F1 Grand Prix Tours. Com will provide you with a great opportunity to experience the 2006 South African A1 Grand Prix as well as the sights, sounds and people of Durban. We can offer you a superior 3 star Protea hotel in Umhlanga Rocks, combined with a flight, a VIP hospitality, grandstand or general admission ticket, to form the basis of an unforgettable A1 GP tour. You must book a minimum of 1 night, but we can add on extra nights on request, to give you more time to explore Durban and the regions many sightseeing possibilities.

Payment

All the South Africa based South African GP tour packages are payable as follows:
35% initial payment (deposit) with booking and the balance due 60 days before departure.

GENERAL ADMISSION AREAS

In general, the general admission areas, provide for good viewing and offer good value for money admission. But as always there are no seats and you must be there early to get a good spot, which you stand to loose should you have to visit a toilet or buy food. Do not forget to bring your camping chairs along. Children under the age of 12 years will have free entry, if accompanied by an adult, with a General Access Pass. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

The Wheelchair General Access Pass allows the holder to access the circuit and watch the race from a designated viewing position, which is located on the outside of the first chicane. If accompanied by a minder, the minder’s General Access Pass will be free of charge. The prices for Wheelchair Access Passes are as follows:

PIT LANE WALKS

Over and above the VIP Hospitality Tickets F1 Grand Prix Tours.Com are in a unique position to organise pitwalks for all its clients on both the Friday and Saturday during the race weekend, at a supplementary cost. Tickets are limited and subject to availability – please enquire. Sunday pitwalks are limited to VIP Hospitality ticket holders only.

VIP HOSPITALITY TICKETS

F1 Grand Prix Tours. Com has some exclusive but limited VIP hospitality tickets available for either Saturday or Sunday or for both days. Our great VIP packages include:

The price of the hospitality tickets are: Saturday R 2 500 ( € 365) per person, Sunday:

The international tour packages include:
